Delivery within the Czech Republic
We deliver orders across the entire Czech Republic. Standard delivery time is 2–5 business days from order confirmation.

- Standard shipping: 99 CZK
- Free in-store pickup: Hartigova, 130 00 Prague
International Shipping
We also ship to EU countries. Shipping cost and delivery time depend on the destination country. Please contact us for more details.
Returns
Right of Withdrawal
Under EU consumer law (and Czech Act No. 634/1992 Coll.), you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.
Return Conditions
- Goods must be unused, in their original packaging, and undamaged.
- Perishable food items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons if the packaging has been opened.

- Provide your order number and reason for return.
- After confirmation, send the goods back to our address.
- Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
Complaints
If you receive damaged or incorrect goods, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will resolve your complaint as a priority.
