Refund & Returns Policy
1. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Return) As a consumer purchasing online, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, notify us at asan.mrkt24@gmail.com or by phone at 602 457 894 before the 14-day period expires.
2. Exceptions The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Perishable goods (fresh food, items with a short shelf life)
- Sealed goods that have been opened and cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons (e.g. opened spices, teas, oils)
- Goods that have been mixed inseparably with other goods after delivery
3. Return Conditions Returned items must be:
- Unopened and in original packaging
- In the same condition as received
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
4. How to Return Contact us first at asan.mrkt24@gmail.com to initiate a return. We will provide return instructions. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrectly sent.
5. Refund Processing Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will process your refund within 14 days using the same payment method used for the original purchase. We reserve the right to withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods.
6. Defective or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 3 days of delivery at asan.mrkt24@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
