How to Brew Authentic Turkish Cay

Traditional Caydanlık Method: Fill the lower pot with water and bring to boil. Add 2–3 tbsp of Cay Rize to the upper teapot, pour some boiling water over it, place on top of the lower pot. Brew 15–20 minutes on low heat. Pour concentrated tea into tulip glass 1/3 full, dilute with hot water from lower pot to taste. Serve with sugar cubes — never milk.
