Ageing is the secret behind the world’s best basmati. After harvest, Khushboo rice is stored and aged under controlled conditions. This process:

How to Cook Khushboo Extra Long Basmati
Rinse 2–3 times until water runs clear. Soak for 20–30 minutes to allow the aged grain to rehydrate. Cook with a 1:1.5 ratio of rice to water. Bring to a boil, reduce to low heat, cover and simmer for 12–15 minutes. Rest 5–10 minutes before fluffing. The result: long, separate, fragrant grains – every time.
